ANT EXTERMINATOR SPRAY
Ants are probably one of the very common pests that we have even in our own households even up until today. When you see ants lingering around your kitchen, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you have a dirty pace. It just simply means that ants have enough survival instincts that allowed them to get by in today’s age.
Having such pests can sometimes be so irritating and that immediate actions are normally taken by people who has encountered such creatures. And so we’ve listed some of the best ways for you to create your own ant exterminator spray that shall help you in your ordeal of completely removing these creatures from your home.
You’ve probably heard of this trick but we kid you not. This is by far one of the most effective methods when dealing with almost any kind of pest. You can use a vast range of essential oils for an essential oil spray such as peppermint, tea tree oil, citrus oil and etc. All you have to do is look for a spray bottle and fill the container with at least ¼ cup of water then add 15 drops of any of the essential oils you’d want to use. You can use various oils in one solution so you can create your own unique smell. And then after you’ve properly mixed the substances together, spray the mixture in the areas inside and outside your home where there is usually ant presence. This is including base boards of course. However, remember not to use this spray for kitchen surfaces where you usually place food for preparation and purposes like such. For these areas, you can simply use a mixture of both water and 15 drops of peppermint oil to spray as this is much safer and better use for human contact.
Vinegar spray comes off to be one of the most used natural ant repellant over the years. All you have to do is mix in together equal amounts of water and white vinegar in a bottle spray container then simply spray on areas where you deem necessary. You may spray directly on the ants or in the areas where they usually try to enter your home through.
Castile Soap Spray
This is an old-fashioned method of creating an ant repellant spray and is very effective since it’s also formed through natural components. Simply look for cakes of castile soap in health stores or healthy food stores. Simply crumble it up and mix in ¼ cup of the soap with a few drops of peppermint oil on a quarter of water. Mix the substances thoroughly together and then put on a spray bottle. Use this solution to spray on the areas where you usually see the ants go through.
