Tim helped me when i needed someone the most. He set up my account and got someone out within a hour. I may have gotten lucky, but I’d chose Go-Forth over the big companies any day. Setting it up was fast and friendly. THEY EVEN ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS!!! Five stars all the way!

I’ve used Go-Forth Pest Control since I moved into my home last year, and I’ve been very pleased with their service. The technicians are always very thorough. In my experience, their regularly scheduled treatments are usually enough to keep the pests away. However when we first moved into our house, we had issues with ants in my small child’s playroom, and they were happy to come out as many times as necessary to take care of the issue so my son could play safely and give me peace of mind. I’ll continue to be a happy customer!

Finally got someone to make sure he sprayed the back of the house too. He was great actually waited a few minutes for my husband to get home to unlock our gate. I hope he sticks around since I know he will get the job done right the first time.

Go-forth gives us excellent service year after year! Kenneth W has provided us with great service over the last 2 years. They are courteous and professional and have quick service upon calling. I would recommend them for commercial and residential needs!

Our service guy, Doug, was free earlier than scheduled, so he called to see if I was available. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His explanations of the process and descriptions of our areas of probable 'mouse access' were clear, and he shared some good advice. Overall, I was very pleased with his visit and assessment.

The experiences that I have had with the people at Go-Forth have been exceptional. From the customer service representative on the phone to the service technicians (Kerry and Midge), all have been remarkably helpful, attentive, personable, reliable, prompt, and effective. I wish that this was the norm for customer service in all companies and industries, but I'm glad to say it seems to be at least throughout this company. Whatever training and motivation you guys have established, keep it up. Your folks are absolutely GREAT!! Thank you!

One thing I have always liked is punctuality. At 2:28 Chrissy pulled up, my appointment was for 2:30. That just makes it feel like she cares about my time as much as her own. She came in and checked out the situation, for mice in my particular case, but found nothing at this time. She even went so far as too go under my home to check and see if there was a sign of rodents. No sign of rodents. That makes me feel better, since I have a little one in the house. She is very thoughtful and treats my little girl like one of her own children. Taking the time to answer all the questions a little girl might have about mice. Chrissy is the type of employee that makes a corporation look good. Her thoughtfulness to detail and taking the extra time to placate a curious child. If I were not retired I would do what it took to hire her away from you. She is that good. PS-I think I messed up by cleaning up the mouse droppings before she got to the house, basically I ruined the mouse crime scene, messing up the evidence...that is all on me.Jae Chesnutt

I would recommend Goforth to anyone. My technician is absolutely great. He always has a smile on his face and does a wonderful job. He is truly a professional.
