The original Go-Forth Pest Management, Inc. was founded in 1959 in High Point, NC by Frank Goforth. The Goforth’s had a dream of creating a local extermination company dedicated to serving the community with honest and professional pest control services, and thus, Go-Forth Pest Management, Inc. was born.

Over the past few decades, Go-Forth has changed its name to Go-Forth Pest Control and has been dedicated to pest and termite control.  This family owned company wants to make sure each of their customers are taken care of and they are happy with their services.

After reading all the great reviews I felt confident in using Go-Forth for my extermination needs. Unfortunately my expectations fell short. First, the technician showed up an hour late, then spent the first 20 minutes of his time on site trying to sell me a service plan I explicitly told him I did not want. Once the technician got to work, the appointment got better. His actual work and application of the product both inside and outside of my house seemed well done, complete, and the technician seemed knowledgeable about specific "areas of concern" for different types of insects and small animals. Unfortunately towards the end of the appointment things went south again when it was time to do the attic. I was assured on the phone by the sales rep that my attic would be taken care of and there would be no issue in doing so. Well the technician refused to do it saying that since it was just beams and not flat boards he was not able to do it. This was never explained to me on the phone or even asked by the sales person. The attic was the largest area of concern for me and the main reason for hiring the exterminator, and it was the only area to not get treated.The appointment ended with the technician taking another 20 minutes trying to sell me a service plan I didn't want, then standing on my driveway for 5 more minutes just smoking a cigarette which he then felt the need to go into my garage without permission and throw it away in my trash can. Overall is was an unprofessional experience and I am disappointed that I did not seem to have this great experience that everyone else did.EDIT: I have updated my rating since the company was very quick to respond and handled the situation in a very professional and appropriate manner.

Two salesmen showed up at my doorstep, and my husband told one of the reps that he was not interested. One of the reps just said that he wanted his help on a personal problem he was having on his cable (husband works for Spectrum - okay, good save, or so we thought). Thirty minutes later, said rep was on the phone with Spectrum customer service complaining about my husband not helping him with his problem. What type of reps does a company like this hire? Find another company with better sales reps.

Go-Forth Pest Control of Charlotte has really been the best. They came to my home and truly did a amazing job. Everything that they told me would happen did. When I first moved into my apartment I felt like I was at a lost because I believe that rodents and people should not be living in the same house. I was also expecting a newborn and knew something had to be done. They were so professional and even when I started to see more roaches they came back as many times as I needed them. I would recommend everyone to their services. They charged a small monthly fee that was well worth it in the end. I hope I will never need their services again but if I ever do I will not hesitate to call them again. For some reason my daughter name is at the top and nt minesThank you Kevina Singleton
