Nice that they they are locally owed and operated and Drew was very professional and sprayed for bugs inside and out on our first visit. I am angry, disappointed, and confused. Your company took additional funds out of my account that were not due. I just started with your company on August 3rd and at that time, made a payment that was required. Two weeks later, your company went into my account and took an additional $120 that was not due, without my knowledge, permission or consent. This payment was much more than the initial payment for start up. That is illegal. I was told by Chris and another person in your office that the monies were reversed to go back into my account. The money is not in my account. The service with Drew was great, but your company took money from my credit card that was not required nor given permission. Please put my money back into my account. This caused a great deal of hardship on me, due to the fact that we were celebrating a 60th Anniversary in my family. You have totally embarrassed me.

We've been with Go-Forth for about a month now. Drew has been super professional and efficient. Our problem with roaches and ants seems to be completely under control. I've only seen two roaches (GROSS) in our home since his first treatment and they were both dead on their backs. Not a single ant since the first treatment. Outstanding! Looks no further 🙂

After bending over backwards to get me to sign a year long contract. I was not pleased with constant tardiness of appointments and treatments that were hastily performed. We experienced a rise in our normal spider and insect interaction because of the way the treatment was done it chased the insects inside our home. I was very disappointed at first but upon hearing my concerns, Go-Forth showed me that customer satisfaction was of high priority for them. I can truly say that my opinion of this company has been changed through their willingness to not just take my money but also earn my money!
