Doug gave a good explanation about the service, immediate next steps and future process every other month. He was professional and courteous.

I could not be happier with the treatment and customer service that Go Forth provides. I am a new customer and they have given me the highest level of care. All businesses could take a lesson from them on how to treat their customers by using quality products that solve your issues and having trained technicians who come out and set expectations and provide wonderful service!!

Positive- I like that they treat the entire yard and not just surroundings of the home. They have always been very friendly and professional. They are always willing to address issues in a timely manner. Negative- While I do realize that 2016 summer has been horrible all around for misquotes but I expected the treatment to offer more protection than it has. Also, I have lots of large trees and they seem to attract lots of large ants. My ants have become less in numbers but there are still plenty on the driveway and yard. I have original 70s windows and have had some spiders in the house but as long as they treat the windows inside the problem has resolved. To sum I feel I was expecting total protection but have only been able to minimize pest.

I have been using go forth for many years. They continue to improve their organization and service. I am very pleased with them.

Go-Forth has been out twice now. They are courteous and responsive. I called yesterday about a hornets nest on our porch. They were at the door this morning to take of it. They thanked me for my business and made me feel appreciated and not like I was annoying for requesting service. I cannot say this about a competitor of theirs. I have been very pleased. The technician Ashley was profession, personable, and very informative. Very happy!

I recently switched from Orkin of many years to Go Fourth I find the people that come in your home to be a little too pushy for my taste. My wife and I are both retired vets and requested that our service be postponed for this week due to surgery. Instead they showed up anyway unannounced and tried to force the service on for that day anyway. My grandchildren explained that we were not home and the service still insisted that they come into the home, I don't feel comfortable back to Orkin we go.

They have great customer service. And when they come out they are very respectful and always very well-mannered. I would recommend them to everyone.

One thing I have always liked is punctuality. At 2:28 Chrissy pulled up, my appointment was for 2:30. That just makes it feel like she cares about my time as much as her own. She came in and checked out the situation, for mice in my particular case, but found nothing at this time. She even went so far as too go under my home to check and see if there was a sign of rodents. No sign of rodents. That makes me feel better, since I have a little one in the house. She is very thoughtful and treats my little girl like one of her own children. Taking the time to answer all the questions a little girl might have about mice. Chrissy is the type of employee that makes a corporation look good. Her thoughtfulness to detail and taking the extra time to placate a curious child. If I were not retired I would do what it took to hire her away from you. She is that good. PS-I think I messed up by cleaning up the mouse droppings before she got to the house, basically I ruined the mouse crime scene, messing up the evidence...that is all on me.Jae Chesnutt
