Contacted Go-Forth Pest Control because of carpenter ants. Spoke with Jessica to set appointment. She was very helpful and explained the different plans available to take care of the problem. While I was most concerned about the carpenter ants, the plan I picked also covered other insect issues. I was surprised how quickly the technician, Chrissy, was able to come out and check the issue. She asked good questions to understand the problems, and explained the treatment plan clearly and how safe the treatments are. Was back the next morning and quickly got the job done. Chrissy made sure all my questions were answered before she left. Then sent an email describing the services performed, what to expect the next few days, and what would prompt a return visit to retreat. Very helpful! Thank you Chrissy!

We have used Go Forth for several years. All of the technicians have been polite and very efficient. But our present tech, Courtney, has been special to us. In addition to being polite and efficient, we feel she has gone the extra mile. She's a very caring and compassionate lady, whom we consider a friend. We are getting ready to move out of state, and hate to say goodbye to this young lady. Thank you, Courtney.

I’ve only had wonderful experiences with Go-Forth. Doug and Isaac are wonderful technicians who are friendly, polite, and professional. They both do a amazing job explaining everything they’re doing and always answer any questions we may have. Highly recommended company.

Customer service was amazing!!! Chad got someone out to see me within 30 minutes of calling him as I was panicked b/c I had a ton of wasps in my house. Meghan was knowledgeable and took care of the immediate problem and will come back in a few days to work on the problem again to ensure it is fixed. I am thankful to Go-Forth for going above and beyond to help me out today and ensure that my son and i were safe in our house! Thank you!

While I was visiting a place using your services I noticed the thorough job and professionalism the tech Kenneth Wright showed with doing his job. I asked him questions about your services and explained my own concerns. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the processes. I feel that this company would be a great fit so I will be discussing with my company to make the final decision.

I have my quarterly visit today with a gentleman named Isaac Perkins first time at my home, he did a wonderful job very courteous and very professional very knowledgeable of what needed to get done invited me to go around with him and observe him doing his job I highly highly recommend him as an exterminator for your home.

I can’t tell you how unprofessional this company is. My wife was so disturbed by a employee who decided he would make his way around our property pulling up termite traps. My wife and I closed on our new house and several days later as she was getting out of the shower she noticed a man on a rainy afternoon with a hoodie on peering into our master bathroom window. Our home is nestled into the land and he hadn’t any business being here at all! Especially in that area of the property. We were never called to be informed of a technician coming out. I rushed home to calm my wife as she was so upset/scared someone was stalking her or trying to break in. Remember we had only been in this house for just a few days. The manager called me back after I filed a complaint to a lady at the front desk and lied to me, stating he let the realtor know he would be sending someone out. A. The realtor does not own our property.B. The realtor is a close friend of mine and he told me he didn’t know of anyone coming here to do any service. I can’t believe how frustrated I am and how unprofessional these people are! Customer service I think not!! I still have traps that are on my property, yet we were told the whole reason they came to our house was to get the gimmick traps they sell to supposedly bait termites. I can go on and on about this, but needless to say anymore. They made a poor decision on so many levels.
