One thing I have always liked is punctuality. At 2:28 Chrissy pulled up, my appointment was for 2:30. That just makes it feel like she cares about my time as much as her own. She came in and checked out the situation, for mice in my particular case, but found nothing at this time. She even went so far as too go under my home to check and see if there was a sign of rodents. No sign of rodents. That makes me feel better, since I have a little one in the house. She is very thoughtful and treats my little girl like one of her own children. Taking the time to answer all the questions a little girl might have about mice. Chrissy is the type of employee that makes a corporation look good. Her thoughtfulness to detail and taking the extra time to placate a curious child. If I were not retired I would do what it took to hire her away from you. She is that good. PS-I think I messed up by cleaning up the mouse droppings before she got to the house, basically I ruined the mouse crime scene, messing up the evidence...that is all on me. Jae Chesnutt

Kevin Mitchell was my technician today. He arrived earlier than expected and was very , very thorough. This is my third treatment since starting service with Go Forth in August. I have had three different technicians each time and Kevin paid the most attention to possible entry areas as well as small crevices and cracks. The pests left in about one to two weeks of my initial treatment and now I'm getting proactive treatments to keep them away. Very satisfied thus far!

Used home adviser and read all the positive reviews. Within a few hours of submitting my request, I received a phone call. We set a time and date for a tech to come out. The tech arrived on time and so far the issue has been resolved. The tech that came out to my house was professional and understanding to our needs. Pricing was fair and no hidden fees. I recently switched from Orkin of many years to Go Fourth I find the people that come in your home to be a little too pushy for my taste. My wife and I are both retired vets and requested that our service be postponed for this week due to surgery. Instead they showed up anyway unannounced and tried to force the service on for that day anyway. My grandchildren explained that we were not home and the service still insisted that they come into the home, I don't feel comfortable back to Orkin we go.

I always get a phone call ahead of time as well and if our scheduled time doesn't fit that particular visit then they always adjust to make us happy. Jeremy Underwood is our current Account Manager. Great staff and service. I have quarterly service...they always call a week or two before coming. I liked that because if I was experiencing a pest problem, it would remind me to notify the technician to pay particular attention to it. Fees can be drafted directly out of your account. One year I had a problem with ants and they were happy to return after a regularly scheduled service to address problem.

Positive- I like that they treat the entire yard and not just surroundings of the home. They have always been very friendly and professional. They are always willing to address issues in a timely manner. Negative- While I do realize that 2016 summer has been horrible all around for misquotes but I expected the treatment to offer more protection than it has. Also, I have lots of large trees and they seem to attract lots of large ants. My ants have become less in numbers but there are still plenty on the driveway and yard. I have original 70s windows and have had some spiders in the house but as long as they treat the windows inside the problem has resolved. To sum I feel I was expecting total protection but have only been able to minimize pest.

I must say that I am extremely impressed by Go-Forth. At first I sent them a cancellation email and also included my frustrations with the service they provided. The very next morning I got a call from the office manager and he wanted to discuss my email. Not only did he address each concern, he took ownership without any excuses and provided me with a refund of the service I was not happy with and also extended my contract for a few months free of charge. And not the basic level, he provided me the supreme service and after each tech comes out to spray he continues to follow up with me to make sure I am getting the service they promise. I am 5 star happy with Go-Forth and I RECOMMEND !!!!!!
